Terms of Service

Who we are

Kelly Love Horizons is a digital education program operated by Kelly Love Horizons LLC (the "Operator"). Payments for the program are processed by 9x OS LLC (the "Platform"), which acts as the merchant of record. When you purchase, your agreement for the content and delivery of the program is with the Operator, and your payment is handled by the Platform on the Operator's behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the program.

The program

The program includes digital educational materials, which may consist of live sessions, on-demand video, and downloadable resources. Specific contents and delivery are described at the point of purchase. We may improve or update materials over time.

Access

Access is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Your access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. We may suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms, or for refunded or charged-back purchases.

Payment and billing

9x OS LLC is the merchant of record for all purchases. Charges may appear on your statement with a Kelly Love Horizons descriptor. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change at any time before purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: The Masterclass is covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. The Intensive is refundable until 72 hours before its live session, and is non-refundable after that deadline or once on-demand materials have been accessed.

Intellectual property and license

All program materials, including videos, written content, and downloads, are owned by Kelly Love Horizons LLC and are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. The platform, software, and payment systems are owned by 9x OS LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or create derivative works from any materials without written permission.

Educational purpose and disclaimers

The program is educational and informational. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome or result. You are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a licensed provider or your local emergency services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator and the Platform are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
