Who handles your data
The Kelly Love Horizons program is operated by Kelly Love Horizons LLC (the "Operator"). Payments are processed by 9x OS LLC (the "Platform"), the merchant of record. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name and email address at signup or checkout, and any messages you send to support.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Usage information: basic activity such as pages visited and emails opened, used to deliver and improve the program.
How we use it
- To deliver the program and send your access links.
- To process payments and provide receipts and support.
- To send you transactional emails related to your purchase.
- To maintain, secure, and improve our services.
Recording of live events and trainings
Our live online events and trainings, including the 2-Day Intensive, may be recorded for internal purposes only, such as quality, training, and program improvement. These recordings are not shared, sold, or distributed, and are not provided to participants. On-demand access, where offered, is a separate product with its own materials. By joining a live session, you acknowledge that it may be recorded on this basis.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers needed to run the program: our payment processor (Stripe), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We send transactional emails (access links, receipts, and program updates) to the address you provide. You can contact us at any time to update your preferences.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the program and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are required to retain.
Children
The program is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
