Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective June 13, 2026

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Refunds depend on which program you bought, as set out below. Payments are processed by 9x OS LLC (merchant of record) on behalf of Kelly Love Horizons LLC.

The Masterclass

The Masterclass is covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund you in full.

The Intensive

The Intensive is refundable until 72 hours before its live session. After that 72-hour deadline, or once you have accessed the on-demand materials, the Intensive is non-refundable. Whichever happens first ends eligibility for a refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@kellylovehorizons.com from the address you used at checkout, and tell us which program you purchased. We will confirm your eligibility and process qualifying refunds promptly.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by 9x OS LLC. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Access after a refund

When a refund is issued, access to the related program ends.
